2-bed Apt, Sleeps 7, 5 Mins to Camden Market

We had to pack up and move on the second night, then pack again to check out, which was really inconvenient with people aged 3, 7, 78 and 85 travelling with us. We only found out at the office, when checking in for three nights, that we’d have to change apartments on day three. Nobody had told us beforehand. At the second place there was no hot water or heating. It was 40 degrees and very cold. We told the hotel, but someone only came by when we were ready to check out. They then suggested it was probably our fault because the water heater’s power had been switched off. The listed address wasn’t the apartment address at all. The staff were uncaring and unhelpful. Avoid this place and stay somewhere else.

The apartments weren’t at the advertised address, so I can’t give this any stars. We couldn’t reach anyone connected with the booking and ended up having to find expensive emergency accommodation. Don’t book Camden Market apartments 🙄.

The inaccurate address left me with a bad impression of my London stay. They never explain that it’s only a reference address. The rooms were dirty, the staff weren’t helpful, and we had no heating or hot water.

You may have to walk 15 to 20 minutes from the place you thought you booked, because the address they give isn’t the apartment’s actual address. The whole thing feels misleading, and you don’t even get the apartment shown in the booking photos. Don’t stay here.
