The dirt was the worst part, and that feels like the bare minimum even at a cheap place. It looked like it had only been cleaned on the surface, not properly, for a long time. There was dust, cobwebs and stains everywhere, and the shower curtain was disgusting. The bathroom floor stayed visibly dirty for all four days and wasn't cleaned; someone found the mop wet, and its water was black. The shared bathroom is upstairs, so we had to keep going up and down, and there was no hand soap. The kitchen wasn't like the photos, and I didn't want to use it. Our room had no rubbish bin, the walls were dirty, and the keyholes were crooked. I understand things won't be in the best shape at this price, but I can't get past how dirty it was.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the kitchen was great. The room was older in person than it looked on the booking site, but almost everything was provided, and the equipment was otherwise fine and sufficient. It's a good, inexpensive apartment in London, in a nice location: from Tooting Broadway Station, it takes under 30 minutes by Underground to reach the city centre. Check-in could be smoother. If you need a hair dryer, remember to let them know ahead of time. Thanks a lot!

The whole building is old, so you can hear people walking and talking all around. Our room was a mess, nothing like the picture, and dirty and dusty everywhere. This place sucks. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Good place to stay for a reasonable price. I'd recommend it for next time too.
