The area is very quiet, which is a plus, though sound insulation isn't great. It's a budget option, with drawbacks mentioned in the comments.

The owner has so many strict rules it felt like school camp. There are set hours for a hot shower, and I was either asleep or out when those times came around. They also have an agreement with the gas company to shut off the room heating, so basically there was no heat and no shower. We were made to take our shoes off at the entrance too. Worst experience ever.

The listing didn't match what we actually found. There was a horrible smell in the room that wouldn't go away, and the toilet broke several times. The bathroom was shared with six other inmates, and there were strict hours for heating and hot water for showers. A terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend staying there.
