The location is a big part of the appeal, right across from the Natural History Museum in South Kensington, and the price felt fairly reasonable for that area. I’ve stayed twice, first in early 2020, and enjoyed both visits. The rooms were nice and the staff were lovely. It’s a small boutique hotel, so you shouldn’t expect extras like the room service you’d find at a big chain. I’d gladly come back.

We’ll definitely return. The location was excellent, and everyone on staff was kind, polite, upbeat, and helpful, especially Arj. Our room was spotless, with comfortable beds and excellent pillows, so we were really impressed with the stay.

The cooked breakfast was delicious, and the South Kensington neighborhood felt safe. Our room was nice, with a comfortable bed and a big shower. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there wasn’t anything we disliked. Great location!

The themed rooms were fun to see, and the outdoor balcony would’ve been lovely if the weather had been warmer. The location is great, but the stay was disappointing overall. The walls were paper thin and the amenities were lacking. I couldn’t get a photo of the hotel exterior because of the pavement construction.

The place was clearly well looked after, which isn’t always true of hotels in Kensington. My room and the service were both flawless, and I had a really lovely stay. I’ll recommend it to friends and family planning a trip to London.
