I’ve stayed at this guest house several times and would definitely recommend it. It’s clean and tidy throughout, with comfortable beds and friendly, helpful staff. The bathrooms aren’t very big, but they have everything you need, and there’s a nice garden area to use.

I stay in around 20 to 30 hotels a year and have never written a review before, but this guest house stands out. It’s a spotless, comfortable place, a total gem. I’ll stay again if I can get a room when I’m in the area. Don’t confuse it with the other nearby places, they don’t come close.

A warm welcome and a lovely stay, thank you. My clean room was small but nicely decorated and comfortable. There was also a full jar of coffee, two pints of milk instead of those silly one-cup cartons, cereal, a plate, bowl, knife, fork and spoon, plus a takeaway menu and train map. Bigger hotels and guest houses could learn a lot from ABERDEEN GUEST HOUSE. I’d highly recommend it.

I had to cancel because of a family emergency and tried to reschedule. I even offered to pay a late cancellation fee, but the woman at the hotel wouldn’t show any flexibility. I was explaining this very politely and calmly when she cut me off and slammed the phone down. Very rude!

A very nice place to stay. It’s very clean, the owners are lovely and helpful, and the rooms are cleaned every day.
