Access City

The restaurant food was great and the service there was perfect. Our room was a decent size, clean and in great shape, with a really comfortable mattress, tea, coffee, and complimentary water. I came with family and look forward to returning. The hotel has a quirky, modern, fun design, and we had so much fun taking photos. The reception staff, bartenders, and guest relations team were all very friendly and went out of their way to help organize things and share useful sightseeing tips. It's not central, but buses from the same street connect easily to central London and the tube. Getting where we wanted took no more than 30 minutes. There's also a nice canal across the street, with a lovely walk along it.

Breakfast was the standout, truly world-class, with everything you could imagine for a generous, high-quality meal. The muffins served on a mini Ferris wheel were such a fun idea. The staff were warm and always in good spirits, which made us feel welcome. We had a fantastic city break at nhow London just before Christmas. The rooms are on the small side, but so original and creatively designed. We even spotted foxes in the park from our window. It's not right in central London, but it's a pleasant, stylish base. Highly recommended!

The decor and design are amazing, and the whole hotel has a really cool vibe. My room and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable. The front desk and restaurant and bar staff couldn't do enough for me, and the restaurant manager was engaging. I'll stay here again. Congrats to the whole team for making it such a great stay.

We live in London and booked a cheeky hotel night for our anniversary. From the moment you walk in, nhow feels fun, vibrant, and joyful. Ali was lovely at reception, and the room was fantastic. We had cocktails and a great time with Justin and Jelani. I had the best old-fashioned I've ever tasted. We'll definitely be back 🙂
