I went to view this apartment recently and left disappointed. One staff member, whose name I didn't get, made inappropriate remarks and behaved disrespectfully. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Anyone dealing with potential residents should treat people with respect and professionalism. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures staff are trained to create a respectful, inclusive environment.
