I like the place, the rooms and the people. The car park operators, though, are ruthless. You can arrive and register your vehicle within minutes and still get a ticket, then you have to go through the whole process to get it cancelled.

The rooms were really clean, the beds comfy, and there's plenty of tea and coffee plus a wide screen TV in the bedroom. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was tasty with lots of choice. It's also very easy to get out and about, with the underground and buses close by. Highly recommend :)

I've stayed here several times and would definitely come back. The service is good, and the staff are friendly. It's a nice hotel right in the heart of Hayes High Street. Just check which family room you get, as the ground floor one is really only a twin room with a double bed in it. The family rooms on the first and second floors are excellent.

This was just great, and I wish I'd been able to stay more than one night. It's honestly one of the best budget hotels I've tried, nicer than plenty of pricier places I've stayed. Everything was lovely, from the quick, easy service to the comfy beds, nice bathroom and loads of storage. There wasn't a room service menu, though I could've asked for one.

The room was more than we expected: clean, comfortable and spacious. Check-in was quick and helpful, and the hotel employee made some specific accommodations for our stay. We appreciated all the courtesies from the staff and would definitely stay again.
