AKA Marylebone

I ended up staying for nine months because I loved it so much. Karen and the whole team, including Mario, Minos and Junaid, made the place feel like home from my first day. Karen even picked up groceries and made moving in easy, and she and the team helped me get oriented, with directions to the nearest supermarket and dry cleaners. The daily cleaning was amazing. I cooked almost every day, and they still did the dishes, changed the sheets, vacuumed and mopped. Everything was spotless. I don't know how they kept that up every single day. I also felt safe in the building, and the free newspapers by the front entrance were a nice little touch. Having reception staffed around the clock was so useful. They printed documents, accepted deliveries and let me in whenever I'd forgotten my key. I loved seeing a friendly face each morning and when I came back at night. The free membership at Third Space was another perk. It's a one-minute walk from AKA, and I went every day. There's a pool and steam room too. Staying here was a dream, and I highly recommend AKA. That's why I stayed so long.

The apartments are luxurious and really well equipped, and being right in central London with a tube station just around the corner makes the location hard to beat. I've stayed with AKA twice and would happily recommend it. Both visits were for special occasions, and Karen and her team went beyond what we expected to make them feel special. They're incredible at what they do. I'll be back.

The balcony was covered in cobwebs, which made it look as though it hadn't been used or cleaned in a long time. The apartment itself also seemed worn out and wasn't as clean as it should have been.

I've been here a couple of times on trips to London. The location works perfectly for getting around, and the tube is only a short walk away. Inside, the rooms are comfortable and consistently clean, and the welcome and service have been exceptional. I hope to return.
