Anson Hotel

The area is one of the quietest and most peaceful I’ve seen, and it’s very affordable compared with other options. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the "TUFNELL Park" subway station. Rooms are very small and basic, around 10 square meters, so they won’t suit anyone who’s claustrophobic. Mine was very clean, with a queen-size bed, fold-out desk and chair, wardrobe, and an opening window. There’s also a shared kitchen and an ensuite bathroom without a window. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They replied quickly by email, and there’s an emergency number too. Entry is through an outside door with a digital code, which you get as soon as you confirm the booking. Highly recommended.
