We had everything we needed in our well-equipped studio, and the staff were both friendly and very helpful. Even though the apartment faced a busy main road, the triple glazing kept it quiet. We stayed for 14 nights and found it easy to get around by Tube and bus. For self-catering, there’s a great Sainsbury’s or market stalls along the street. We’d definitely book here again for another London trip.

The staff were a pleasure to deal with, friendly and helpful every time we met them. When we had a small problem with a light switch, our fault, maintenance arrived within minutes. I also loved the entrance library, where you can borrow things like toys, sports gear, books, and kitchen equipment. We spent nine days at the Adagio London City East. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped, including a kitchen with everything needed to make a meal if you wanted. If we’re back in London, we’ll stay here again.

The first day alone left me impressed. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, and the seating area behind reception was comfortable for hanging out with friends. I didn’t expect such warm hospitality in London, honestly. I barely spoke with the other staff, but I imagine they’re just as kind. There are eight floors and elevators, so luggage isn’t a worry. For the price, the room facilities were more than I expected. There was a full kitchen with cookware, a full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and coffee, plus dishwashing supplies. I may have missed a few things, but that was plenty. The room and shower room were clean, it was fairly spacious, and the towels were as expected. There was also an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. I couldn’t get the window open, though it didn’t bother me much. They don’t clean rooms daily, but there’s a small sweeping brush in the kitchen sink cupboard. Guests can refill bottles at the lobby water dispenser. The location is convenient for both bus stops and Tube stations. I was in London for the first time, and the stay made the trip memorable. There aren’t many reviews on booking sites, perhaps because the place is new, though I’m not sure. I chose it based on Google reviews, and hope this helps anyone considering a stay.

Getting around London was easy from here, and there were lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, especially Jerin, Lakshay, and Preena, who made things feel relaxed and easy. I wasn’t pleased with the first room at check-in, but reception handled it very well. They let me look at another room, which was much better, and moved me without any hassle. The only minor drawback is that cleaning isn’t included as standard and costs extra. Still, it was a comfortable stay with great service, and I’d happily return and recommend it.
