Aparthotel Adagio London Sutton Point

Izzy made check-in feel smooth and welcoming, and Jasmine was lovely to deal with before we arrived. She replied to emails quickly, was friendly, and helped arrange what we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Both provided excellent customer service.

Izzy and Clarence made my stay stand out. They were warm, attentive, professional, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and cared for. Their hospitality elevated the whole visit, and left a stronger impression than service at many five-star hotels I’ve stayed in around London over the years. I don’t say that lightly. My experience at the Adagio in Sutton ranked above many of those stays, largely because of the service. Thanks to Izzy and Clarence, it was memorable. I’d gladly return and recommend it.

The staff take good care of guests and are very friendly. The women at reception are always helpful and welcoming. Miss Birute served me, and she’s lovely, always smiling and able to brighten our day.

This was my husband’s third visit to ADAGIO, and he thought it would be a good choice for the whole family. Our stay was superb. The apartment was clean and spacious, with all the comforts of home: TV, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, dining furniture, and more. The staff were warm and cordial, and the location was great, with taxis and Uber, rail, buses, restaurants, a supermarket, and a seafood market all accessible. We couldn’t have picked a better hotel.
