Apartments Inn London Lancaster

The view from my room over Hyde Park was one of the highlights. It gives you a lovely look at the city, whether it’s your first visit or you know London well. The breakfast was also among the best I’ve had: fresh fruit, juices, barista-quality coffee, pastries, a full English breakfast and Middle Eastern specialities. There was a huge choice, and the quality was excellent. I received such a warm welcome, with genuine smiles from the team. Everyone I met, from the concierge to housekeeping, seemed happy to be there. The hospitality felt authentic and made me feel like a VIP. It was a luxurious London stay with impeccable service and fantastic food. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Breakfast was delicious on both mornings, and getting a table overlooking the park made it even better. It was such a peaceful way to start the day. We were on the 15th floor and had a breathtaking view across the city. At the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, the welcome was outstanding. Ana at reception and Mia from Guest Relations were warm, professional and attentive, and the concierge and breakfast teams were kind and efficient too. The whole team clearly cares about their work. I have nothing negative to say, this remains my favourite London hotel, and I’ll definitely return. Highly recommended. Thanks to everyone!

The manager made sure my wife and I were well looked after when we visited in February after getting married, including upgrading us to a suite. All the staff did their best to make the stay special. The hotel is among London’s best for luxury, service and quality, and the breakfast is fantastic. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in the city.

They accommodated me even though I arrived early, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. The room was modern and spotless, with heated bathroom floors and great views. The neighborhood felt quiet and local rather than touristy, and the cleaning was impeccable. The only small drawback was the limited TV channel selection. It’s just minutes from tube stations, including the Elizabeth Line from the airport, with other lines a short walk away, so getting around London is easy. A fantastic stay, and I’d absolutely return.
