Apex City of London Hotel

The location made it easy to explore London. Tower Hill Underground Station is a short walk away, and the Tower of London and Tower Bridge are both within walking distance. We found the hotel modern, clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious, quiet, well maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable too. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout. We really enjoyed staying at the Apex City of London Hotel and would happily return. Comfortable rooms, good service and a handy central location.

We had a very pleasant stay at Apex Hotel in London, and I'd happily come back. The location is great for exploring the city, and the bedding was so comfortable that we slept really well. Breakfast stood out, with an excellent range of food, and the staff made us feel welcome with their warm, professional service. The one letdown was the restaurant. I wouldn't particularly recommend it, as the food seemed a bit too simple for the rest of the hotel's standards.

Everyone was super friendly, and breakfast was delicious and well priced. We stayed in a spacious, impeccable deluxe room, with a nice sized bathroom. The hot shower had good pressure, the beds were comfortable, and I liked being able to adjust the room temperature. The minibar fridge was nice and cool. The bathrobe and bath duck were a nice touch, though I would have appreciated 2 robes for 2 adults. The hotel's a great gem hidden behind the four seasons, close to Tower Hill metro and lots of sights. The Tower of london is just a few minutes away, and there are excellent views of the shard from tower bridge. We enjoyed walking to the Christmas markets, and it was handy having a tesco supermarket nearby.

We spent 5 days here and it was well worth it. The hotel was clean and well appointed, the rooms were really comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was included and delicious. We also ordered Room Service, which arrived amazingly fast and accurately, including the food allergy request. The location is lovely and quiet, with Tower of London just around the corner and quick access to Tower Hill tube station for getting elsewhere in London.
