We had six people, and the beds were comfortable. There were three bathrooms too ✅️. The location in Enfield was really handy, with shops a short walk away, plus two train stations and buses. We went to a family wedding and could walk there. Lidl was under five minutes away, and there were Marks and Spencer's and Waitrose nearby. We loved the Moon under the water pub 🏆🏆 and Cafe Nero for a cappuccino. Day passes can save you money at places like the aquarium. Love Enfield.

The apartments weren't clean, the bed felt like a rock, and there were strange smells in the corridors. We asked for a late checkout, but the cleaner still showed up at 11am the next day expecting us to be gone. Manager Barbara told us to pay the cleaner a fee to come back later, even though we'd requested a late checkout. When we wouldn't pay, she said another booking meant we had to leave, but also said paying the cleaner would let us stay. Poor customer service. It felt like all they wanted was money, and I wouldn't advise staying here.

The sheets had brown marks, there were white stains on the sofa bed and cushions, and long black hairs in the bathroom. For £180 a night, that's terrible. When we called about it, Barbara was extremely rude and said she didn't care about me or my review. I've never stayed anywhere so disgusting. You'd be better off booking a one-star hotel. The accommodation and customer service were both terrible. Spend your money elsewhere.

We booked our holiday two months ahead, but once we were already in the UK, the host cancelled our stay just three days before it was due to start, saying it was overbooked. I was stunned. Losing paid accommodation while travelling with two small children is awful and completely unacceptable. I called and texted the host several times without getting a reply. He answered my first call and promised to call back, but never did. I don't think he's trustworthy, and he was irresponsible.

We'd booked the apartment almost a year ahead for two nights so we could see a concert and a show. Then, just TWO DAYS BEFORE we were due to arrive from Yorkshire, they cancelled. There was no apology, compensation, or even a contact phone number. Looking at the reviews, it seems this has happened to other people too. Appalling service. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, you could well be cancelled on at the last minute.
