We stayed for a few days in May 2017, and the apartment itself was excellent. We had to phone for access because there’s no reception, so guests should be warned not to waste time looking for one. The Wi-Fi was also worse than dial-up from 20 years ago.
10/10
We had a spacious, clean apartment with everything we needed, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The location was great too, within walking distance of the train, Kensington Palace and Holland Park.
10/10
The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Kensington High Street is only a few minutes away on foot, which made for a great location.
