Greenwich was an easy base for our family. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the centre, with several train stations closer by. Staff were friendly and really helpful, and the breakfast was worth having, with lots of options before a long day of sightseeing and walking. The room was comfortable, the beds were good, and having A/C was a plus. I wasn’t expecting a Hilton, but I was very satisfied with our stay.

We’ve stayed at oodles of Premier Inns, and this is one of the best. The rooms were clean, the water pressure was good, and the breakfast service was the best we’ve had at one, thanks Jeny! It’s conveniently close to the station for trips into the city or to the O2. Archery Fit next door was lots of fun, and the Cutty Sark is amazing too.

Compared with my previous visit in 2022, the rooms at Premier Inn London Greenwich felt noticeably better this time, with nicer decor and more comfort. I had a very pleasant stay and was very satisfied. The one snag was the toilet flush button, which needed a firm, sustained press to work.

Our evening waitress, who started around 20:00 and had long brunette hair, was brilliant and extremely helpful. Earlier, between 18:45 and 19:00, we had an issue with the room we’d been assigned. The lovely man at reception immediately helped us switch rooms, with no hesitation at all. As a venue manager myself, I really appreciated how he handled it. Five star service. Thanks guys.
