The staff, both the morning lady and the night guy, were friendly and really helpful. My room had a comfortable bed, TV, kettle, microwave, fridge, toaster and hair dryer. It was quiet even though I was on the first floor, and Aptel East is clean and practical, if not fancy. Shadwell station is nearby, with underground and overground stations close at hand. I’m new to London, and the neighborhood didn’t give me the London feel I expected, though it seemed safe.

Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and having the kitchenette equipment made things much easier during our stay. We had a great experience and would recommend it.

We booked the apartment with the terrace, and it was a good size, clean, and had the facilities we needed. The beds were really comfortable, and the staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help. Restaurants and shops are very close by. A great place to stay.

The room was spacious and cozy, and the reception staff, a guy and a girl, treated us so well. My family and I stayed the night of December 19 to 20 and felt like royalty. Thanks for everything you did for us. We’ll definitely come back one day.
