ARK Wembley

The long-stay setup at Ark Wembley has made settling into city life much easier than I expected. Getting a comfortable studio when I first arrived was a challenge, but from the viewing with James through check-in with Dimitri, the experience has been just what I hoped for. I’m really enjoying it and feel part of the community. The studios are cosy and thoughtfully designed, with a nice balance of personal space and shared life. There are useful facilities and activities, and the location makes getting around easy, with good transport and shops, restaurants, and entertainment close by. James, Eliie, and the rest of the team are friendly, professional, and ready to help. I feel locked in with this fam. 🤗

Norman made my stay feel especially personal. He was kind and welcoming, and everyone on the staff was warm and helpful. I stayed at ARK Wembley for a few days. The apartment was spotless and well maintained, with a calming modern look and décor that felt carefully thought through. It was comfortable and put together nicely. Wembley Park is close by, and the area is convenient and well connected. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

Norman at reception made a rare weekend away for my wife and me even more enjoyable. He was professional, friendly, and went out of his way to help us feel comfortable, so a big thank you to him. The rooms were clean, the amenities were brilliant, and the location worked really well for the football at Wembley.

After eight months, we moved out because management had not resolved our complaints, and the manager eventually suggested leaving. People kept blaming one another, but the problems remained. The studio’s heating and AC never worked properly, and a horrible smell kept coming from the system. There was no other heating. When it rained, air and water came through the window, so we had to seal it with tape and towels. We viewed around 15 studios in the building, and nearly all had something needing repair. Only a couple had AC that worked properly. There was mold in the bathroom, and the sealant had to be replaced several times because water leaked. Black debris kept dropping from the mirror onto the sink throughout our stay, until we taped parts of it ourselves. A strange smell under the bed meant we blocked gaps and openings just to sleep comfortably. The kitchen extractor smelled awful and did not work, and after they failed to repair it properly, we stopped using it. Maintenance workers never arranged visit times with us. They would show up when it suited them, knock briefly, then try to open the door with a master key, so we kept the safety chain on to prevent unexpected entry. Despite our complaints, the smelly AC was remotely switched on more than once, and we had to go down to reception early in the morning to deal with it. The studio also lost electricity completely several times. If reception could not restore it, we had to spend the night in another studio. The desk was often unattended, which made urgent problems even more frustrating. The management was terrible, and I would not recommend staying here.
