The location really is great, and the two gentlemen on staff were lovely. They agreed my apartment had a lot of damage, though they couldn't move me because occupancy was high. I asked to switch, but was told the place was fully booked. I booked at the last minute. Room 19 was spacious and had a nice view, but it was very worn and dated, with a lot of damage. Noise from other apartments and the street woke me at or before 7 every morning, so I couldn't sleep in. I was also uncomfortable with how easily people in other apartments could see into my room. In the bedroom, only two of the six sockets worked, so I had to choose between using the lamps and charging my devices. There was no room cleaning on the weekend, and used-up toiletries weren't replenished. An older man at reception saw me struggling with two suitcases as I left after checking out with him, but made no effort to help me up the ramp or with the door. Despite the convenient location and the helpful staff, I won't be back.

The apartments were spacious and well furnished, and the location couldn't have been better. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Elana, who handled an issue we had amazingly.
The location is excellent, and most of the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They deserve credit for their professionalism. My interaction with the hotel manager was disappointing. He came across as dry and unsmiling. When I asked a question, he gave a brief reply, turned away, and walked off without checking whether I needed more help. Courtesy and even a simple smile matter in hospitality, and I hope his manner improves.
The studio was clean and tidy, with a bed, dishwasher, washer, and all the kitchen utensils I needed. It also had a nice lobby and great staff, and the apartment was close to most places and the subway. The main issue was that nothing gets refilled. We ran out of soap and shampoo, but replacements weren't included. For what guests pay for the location, I think it's disrespectful not to provide more.
Elena was responsive and supportive, and the housekeeping staff worked hard and took great care of us. Our first night in the two-bedroom flat wasn't comfortable. It was quite old and hadn't been renovated, which led to several problems. The team handled things kindly and professionally, though, and upgraded us to a renovated, very modern three-bedroom apartment. That made a big difference to the stay.
