I stayed at art'otel London Hoxton for more than a week, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location worked well for both business and leisure, with easy access to London's main sights, restaurants, and transport. The whole hotel was spotless, from the rooms to the shared spaces, and kept that way each day. The team were professional, welcoming, proactive, and ready to help. They handled every request with care and efficiency, and I felt valued throughout. Breakfast had plenty of high-quality choices. The gym was well equipped and maintained, and the pool area was a lovely place to unwind after a busy day. Manager Fontina deserves special thanks. Her dedication and attention to guests came through in the team’s service and made a real difference to my stay. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting London and would choose it again. Thanks to everyone for making the week so enjoyable!

Doruk at reception was especially welcoming, kind, and professional. His attentiveness and willingness to help made us feel at home right away and added a lot to the stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. Our room was comfortable, and the common areas felt stylish and inviting. The location was convenient for exploring London. We had a wonderful stay, would gladly come back, and would recommend it to other visitors.

I loved the hotel's interior, style, and atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly. The spa was outstanding too. It’s not far from old street underground station, and I’d book here again. A few small things were noticed: the kettle was broken, the fridge’s left door had an issue, and the junior suite was missing a bathrobe. They were minor to me, but still worth mentioning.

Ally made our return visit especially welcoming. She personally showed us the rooms and patiently explained everything. She was friendly and understanding, and made us feel valued. It’s staff like her who keep bringing us back. We’ve stayed at art’otel Hoxton several times, and each visit has been excellent. The service is consistently outstanding, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the facilities are clearly explained when you arrive. Thanks to Ally and the whole team. We highly recommend the hotel and look forward to coming back.

I stayed a few nights and really didn’t want to leave. The building is beautiful, modern, spotless, and has a great atmosphere. The rooms and the stay as a whole felt luxurious and carefully thought out. I could tell the hotel takes pride in looking after its guests. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcome and valued. The staff and security team personally showed me around the whole building and made sure I was settled. Everyone was professional, friendly, respectful, and ready to help. I felt treated like a king the entire time. The hospitality was beyond what I’d experienced before, truly 100/10. Thanks to everyone at art’otel Hoxton for an unforgettable stay. I’ll definitely return and recommend it to friends and family. One of my best hotel experiences in London.
