There are plenty of museums and shops in the area, and these apartments are good for families. A well-connected tube station is only a few minutes away. We specifically asked during booking whether our room could be reached with a stroller, but when we arrived, we found the lift had already been broken for some time and wasn't expected to be fixed during our stay. Half the rooms still involve stairs as well. If you need an accessible room, I'd suggest calling them directly.

We had booked Ashburn apartments for a week in September and another week in October. Three weeks before we were due to fly from Australia to Europe, my husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and had to start treatment immediately, so as a family we had no choice but to cancel. I understand that the September booking was non-refundable, but we requested a refund on compassionate medical grounds and provided the doctor's documentation. Without this situation, we would not have cancelled. This is the only travel provider that has refused our request. Given what happened, I find the response heartless. If that's how management handles things, I would strongly suggest staying elsewhere. I won't recommend this accommodation to anyone.

After staying in places across the UK and Ireland over three weeks, this was easily the best one. The staff were excellent, the location was great, and the nightly price was among the cheapest on average.

The apartment is gorgeous and well equipped, but the bed was awful. At minimum, they could fix it with a mattress topper. Apart from that, the place is fabulous.

The staff made our stay so good, they were amazing. We loved the room and the location, and this was just right for us. We'd recommend the hotel without hesitation. Thanks to everyone there!
