Astoria Hotel London made me feel really looked after. The team were warm, quick to respond and went out of their way to help, which made this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I’ll keep them in mind for my next London trip. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great base for exploring London, and left the car in their carpark so we could get around on foot. Hyde park is roughly 20min away, and Buckingham Pallace about 30min walking distance. Our host was great and really helpful. The four of us had a quadruple room with a bathroom. The beds were really clean and comfy, and the room was warm during a -2 degrees cold night in January. We also got slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste, plus coffee and tea. A nice touch. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you.

The location was the only good thing. The place felt like houses we had in Greece 80 years ago. For the same money, you could stay in a 5star hotel by the sea in Greece. It’s not worth a penny.

Salem was our receptionist, and he’s definitely the BEST HOST in London! He went above and beyond for us and showed real HOSPITALITY. If you’re staying here, be sure to ask for him :)

I’ve stayed at Astoria Hotel twice now, and had a really happy weekend getaway with my friends. The location is handy for transport and close to most attractions. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I’d have liked one more pillow 😀😀😀 Breakfast was lovely and filling, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend staying here and look forward to booking again.
