Axiom Park Hotel

We were in London last week with our two young children, and the room gave us plenty of space, with two large separate beds, a bath and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. We’re a Spanish family, and during a difficult moment Jugal Shah helped us selflessly. His professionalism and personal attention meant a lot to us. We had an excellent stay and will definitely choose the Axiom if we come back to London.

Reception staff were very helpful, and the price made this a decent option for one night. We booked at the last minute, so ended up in a lower-ground room without windows, a wardrobe, or a bedside cabinet. It did have a very large bathroom with a good shower and plenty of storage, plus a small sink area with a single hob, kettle, tea bags, and coffee sachets. There was also a little round table with one chair. The studios upstairs looked great, but they were all occupied that night.

Jay at the front desk made a great first impression. He was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind when I arrived, and made check-in easy. He took time to answer my questions and help me, always with a smile. His upbeat attitude set the tone for my stay. Thanks for the great service.

We only stayed for one night, and found the bathroom floor completely flooded when we entered the room. The night staff were helpful and laid out several towels to soak up the water, but I was surprised the bathroom and shower hadn’t been checked properly before the room was given to us. They said no other rooms were available.
