I stayed here about a year ago, and finding the website again reminded me to leave a review. There was blood on the bed, hair everywhere, and the reception staff were rude. I think they may have closed now, since their website no longer exists. So happy.

We had a really good stay in a spacious, comfortable suite. There were six adults and a toddler, and the apartment had two bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, plus a kitchen with equipment, dining table, living room, TV, another bathroom with a tub, and large closets. The train station and underground are nearby, with a supermarket across the road. I’d definitely come back.
The dog at reception wearing a shock collar was disturbing. The apartment was also far smaller than the penthouse with a balcony shown in the photos, and it was on the ground floor. I wouldn’t call it luxury. I’ve stayed in nicer Travelodges. Deeply disappointing, and I wouldn’t stay again.
I’d stayed in this apartment at least seven times since 2016, but my August 2023 visit was such a letdown that I won’t return. I spent 17 nights earlier this month in suite 1, and the AC didn’t work in any room. I kept getting promises that it would be fixed, but nothing changed. Management didn’t reply to my in-person approaches or several emails until today, and I never got an apology or compensation. The apartment was dusty, and the towels had bleach marks and clearly needed replacing. I’d warn people against booking directly, since I don’t think the website’s promised quality and service can be relied on.
I got WiFi, the beds were lovely, and the kitchen looked fab. We had a lovely family trip, with a nice railway view, which was a bonus for me as a fellow train-watcher. It’s very close to Battersea Power Station. I was wary when I first saw the building, but enjoyed the stay and found it much nicer than people say. 10/10, definitely staying again!
