Battersea Power Station Master

My experience with Poppy Anemogiannis, the property manager for my apartment in Switch House East, was a complete nightmare. Battersea Power Station pushed to take over “management,” but then sided with tenants, allowed serious damage to my apartment, and made sure I got nothing as the landlord. They were impossible to reach, no matter how many times I called. The service was appalling, unprofessional, and openly hostile to landlords. I wouldn't rent out a property with them.

I'm working on phase 2 of Battersea's reconstruction, the Power Station itself.

The apartment was awesome, with great views and soundproofing, and the concierge service was superb. You can hire rooms in this luxury development right next to Battersea Power Station. It's a gem tucked inside what looks like a building site. The only difficulty is arranging to meet someone there, since security is tight and the place isn't really known about.

I tried for the past 7 days to get in touch about renting an apartment, using their enquiry forms and calling several different numbers. Nobody replied at all. I wanted to pay them over £30k a year, but they didn't seem interested. I can't tell what it takes to arrange a viewing and actually rent here; from what I can see, it's impossible. The customer service is shocking, and it makes me very suspicious that many of the “5 star ratings” are fake. Someone at the convenience shop by the entrance said the company is notorious for ignoring people, even when current tenants have problems in their apartments. After my experience, I'd be extremely cautious about them, assuming you can even get through.
