Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel

We had a comfortable night at the Berjaya Eden Park Hotel. Our room had recently been refurbished, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The Malaysian restaurant next door serves really tasty food. The location is excellent, just behind Queensway and Bayswater underground stations and a two-minute walk from Hyde Park. Great value for such a central spot.

The staff made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. They were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was smaller, but suited us well, and was clean and comfortable, just as it looked in the online photos. There are quite a few stairs, which can be a little confusing at first. Check-in also requires a £50 deposit, which the hotel’s policy says is fully refunded at check-out. We spent four nights at Berjaya Eden Park Hotel, and it was a good start to our London holiday. Bayswater and Queensway Underground stations are a short walk away, so getting to the main attractions was easy. There are plenty of grocery shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby too. It’s a reasonable, convenient place to stay, and we’d recommend it.

For London, where central hotels don’t come cheap, the accommodation felt worth the price, especially outside peak season. A room for two is small but adequate, with tea and coffee facilities, a hair dryer, portable table lamps, and liquid soap. The location is great, with souvenir shops, supermarkets, halal restaurants, bakeries, and public transport nearby. There are also a few Malaysian restaurants around, including the hotel’s own Med Salleh cafe.

There’s a lot to eat nearby, including Chinese, Malay, and fish and chip places, and you can walk to everything in the area. The hotel is near Bayswater tube station and behind Hype park. I booked a double deluxe room, which was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The price was reasonable too. The only issue was the steps, but staff helped carry the luggage up. I’d definitely recommend it.
