I had a small issue and they sorted it within half an hour. Booking was quick, and communication by email and phone when needed went smoothly. The apartment was clean, spacious and in central London. I don't understand why it had only one review at the time, and that one was bad. The beds might be too small for two people, though I was on my own and it wasn't a problem for me. If you need an apartment in Soho, I'd choose this one.

It's right in the centre but still quiet, and the location is perfect. If I can get a room, I'll definitely come back.

The place was expensive, though not too bad, but the customer service was very poorly organized. Outdated information in the computer system caused problems when I tried to access the property.

Berwick Street by Q Apartments has modern, well-equipped apartments and a good location for exploring the city.

The location is great, and the bathroom, kitchen and rooms are all very good. A fantastic choice for a family stay.
