Best Western Greater London Hotel

A lovely touch was that the staff brought me my vegan sausage every day as soon as I arrived, without me needing to ask. It made me feel welcome and cared for. The team were kind, professional, and attentive throughout, and the service was excellent. Our rooms were spotless, with fresh linen and clean towels changed every day. The breakfast selection was varied, and the bar was very convenient. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to London.

I’ve stayed here twice, for around nine days each time, and both visits were wonderful. The coffee area is lovely, with great coffees and especially a delicious Chai Latte, my favourite. The whole team are consistently welcoming and provide excellent service. Iqra deserves a special mention for her kindness and professionalism, and for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s always a pleasure to come back, and I’ll definitely return. Highly recommended!

Lots of shops and takeaways nearby, including a local Tesco, and the Underground is close. It’s a clean, tidy budget hotel with friendly service and good value, whether or not you have breakfast. The rooms were quiet and had tea and coffee making facilities. Fans were provided too, which is always useful.

I really appreciated the housekeeping team’s work, especially the neatly folded towel decoration on the bed. It gave the room a personal, welcoming feel. The room was very clean and well maintained, with a cosy bed and everything prepared to a high standard. Breakfast had a great range of hot and cold dishes, all fresh, tasty, and regularly replenished. Staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel has a warm, comfortable atmosphere and offers good value. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable!
