Best Western Northfields Ealing Hotel-Opposite Northfield Station -Piccadilly line

Getting into central London was easy by public transport, while the hotel itself sits in a quieter, convenient area. We had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Northfields. Saif at breakfast deserves a special mention for being attentive, professional and exceptionally friendly. He made guests feel welcome and the breakfast service genuinely enjoyable. Thanks to him for such great service.

We chose the hotel for its location near the tube and Kew Gardens. The staff were very friendly and sorted out our reservation when it showed that breakfast wasn't included. Our room was small and warm. The heating and cooling system only went down to 18 degrees, but we could prop the window open to cool things further. The carpet was stained, and though the bathroom was new and clean, it had little storage and nowhere to hang towels. A mini fridge would have been welcome. Breakfast was as basic as it gets: sad cheese and cold cuts, grocery store croissants, toast, oranges and apples. We bought pastries and fruit from Tesco for breakfast on the second morning. A pretty meh stay.

While waiting for a delayed tube, I stopped in for coffee and was impressed by how friendly the staff were. They went out of their way to offer me tea and coffee while I waited. The restaurant has an elegant, beautiful interior and feels welcoming. It's right across from Northfields tube station, handy for Heathrow Airport. I'd definitely recommend a stop.

We had a lovely stay, and the rooms were great for the four of us. Central London is about 50 minutes away, so the hotel is a bit far out, but the subway lines are close by and that wasn't really a problem. Thank you.
