Best Western Plus Park Grand London Heathrow

Our room was one of the highlights: spacious, exceptionally clean and well maintained, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows and a lovely view of the surroundings. Watching the sky change color in the evening and waking up to the scenery each morning made the stay feel special. It was a relaxing place to unwind after busy days. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Their care made us feel welcome throughout. The food was another strong point: fresh, delicious and varied, with consistently good quality at both breakfast and dinner. The whole property was kept to a very high standard of cleanliness, and the facilities, atmosphere and hospitality all added to a great experience. We recently stayed at Park Grand Heathrow, and the accommodation, service, food and location offered excellent value for money. We had a wonderful time, and the stay exceeded our expectations. We’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning.

The restaurant was the unexpected highlight of my work trip. I tried the curry expecting something like ping cuisine, but it was genuinely better than some places I'd go out to in the evening. The fish and chips the next night were just as solid. My top-floor single room was clean, maintained well, and had what I needed. It was quiet for sleeping and convenient for getting to work. Friendly staff, good price, and a stay that exceeded expectations. I'll be back.
