Best Western Plus Vauxhall Hotel

The price felt refreshingly fair beside the outrageous rates at other hotels near the US Embassy. The staff made a huge difference: everyone I met was kind, courteous and ready to help with a smile. I've never felt so looked after in a hotel, and their effort to make guests comfortable left me speechless. Our room was spotless and cleaned perfectly each day. The care and warmth made us feel at home, almost as if the whole hotel were just for the two of us. This was the best service I've had in many years. We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended.

I only learned at check-in that the hotel was being renovated, and the paint smell made the whole stay unpleasant. The rooms were okay, though a bit on the small side and awkward to get around in. Breakfast was disappointing.

Mariana at the front desk is so welcoming, kind and professional. She consistently gives great service and goes above and beyond whenever I need something. We booked a standard double with a window, but it was really small. There was only a space in the wall for hanging clothes, with no wardrobe or drawers, so a bigger room might suit a couple better. We were short on space. The room was modern, tidy and clean, and the cleaners made the bed and refilled the tea and coffee. They even folded my clothes and left them on the bed, though we hadn't expected anyone to come in. The staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating. I'd definitely stay again.
