I’ve moved out now, but I used this location extensively and have fond memories of it. The concierge service was very good and on point. FirstPort, the management company, was mediocre at best, and it’s now hiring a lot of temps, which is causing gaps in knowledge and service continuity. A tip: Hyperoptic has run Ethernet cables to the outside of each apartment, which is why there are access hatches along the corridors. You may be able to pull the cables in through existing service openings, perhaps through the void above the bathroom, and avoid drilling visible holes.

There’s a great view from the window, and the apartments are well organized with a concierge. Cafes, shops, restaurants, other services, and entertainment are right outside the door. The underground is a two-minute walk away.

The flats are really nice, with an awesome view, and the concierge is amazing. Old Street subway is right next door. A bit expensive, but that’s London.
