The cleaners keep everything spotless, fresh and comfortable every day, and their kindness and attention to detail really stood out. Magdalena greeted me with a genuine smile, and the staff made the hotel feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. It may not be the biggest or most luxurious place, but it has a warmth that many 5-star hotels don’t. A clean, friendly little hidden gem. I’d happily stay again. Thank you!

The beds were really comfortable, well made and exceptionally clean, and there was plenty of tea and coffee. I had a nice, clean, comfortable ground floor room with very easy access. Victoria and Pimlico tube stations are both about a gentle 10-minute walk away. The reception was fantastic and friendly, and the hotel staff provided excellent service. Thank you all.

My Paris flight was cancelled, so I made a last-minute trip to London and found this hotel for one night at a really good price, around 50 dollars for a single room. I booked it on the bus the day before. When I arrived at 7:30 in the morning, well before the 2pm check-in, I only wanted to leave my luggage while I waited. I guess my booked room wasn’t available, but Tammy kindly let me check in early and stay in the luxury 3 bed room. I really appreciated that, especially since it was raining and I hadn’t slept the day before because of the travel. The room was beautiful and classic, clean, and had a nice shower. I felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. If I hadn’t needed to go the next day, I’d have booked another night. The hotel is in a great location, close to almost everything by train and some places on foot, and the neighbourhood is beautiful. It’s a very quiet hotel with not much foot traffic. If you want somewhere to party with friends after a night out, this probably isn’t it. I prefer the quiet after a night out, or just in general, so if you do too, this could be the hotel for you. Thanks to Tammy for making my first London visit comfortable. I’ll book here again and make it my go-to whenever I get the chance to come back.

I stayed here on Saturday 6th March. It’s a little gem, great value right in central Victoria, and the staff are so lovely and friendly. I’ll be back!

The location of this cozy Westminster hotel made it easy to get around London, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was in room 15. It’s quite small, and probably best for one person who isn’t too tall or big. The shower wasn’t working, but the staff quickly let me use the one in another vacant room, which I really appreciated. All in all, a pleasant stay. I’d give it 4 out of 5.
