Communication was great, and the apartment was excellent. I loved the roof terrace, though it was wet and chilly when I visited. It should be lovely in warmer weather. The place worked brilliantly for my weekday work and weekend trips to West End theaters. Paddington kept us entertained from beginning to end, and the pub across the road had live music and party dancing every night. Highly recommend.

The apartment was lovely, clean, cozy and super quiet, with a great patio and a good downtown location. The beds were very comfortable, and Frankie was quick to respond. I'd recommend staying here. I booked an Airbnb so we could make breakfast at home, but the kitchen had none of the basics. There were no spices, not even salt, and no cooking oil. It also lacked containers or Saran Wrap for leftovers, and paper towels would have been helpful.

We had a great stay at The Eyre Suite Two - Farringdon. The flat's three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked well for our group of three, and two bathrooms were en-suite. There were comfortable sofas and a huge dining table in the living room. The kitchen had nice appliances, including a Bosch dishwasher and a combo washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable, and each bedroom had a desk for private work space. Bathrooms had towel warmers and good water pressure. Frankie provided clear check-in and checkout instructions and was easy to reach with any questions or issues. Highly recommend renting from them.

The team was easy to reach and attentive, which made check-in through checkout feel seamless. The location was hard to beat, with cafés, shops and transport just steps away. The apartment was spotless, thoughtfully designed and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Frankie.
