The only real drawback was the noise from the nearby train tracks. Otherwise, we enjoyed the apartment a lot. It’s very nice, with two bathrooms and a living room that includes a kitchen, and there’s plenty of room for two or more people.

There are a few places close by to pick up food, and the building felt secure and reasonably quiet. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I slept comfortably, the bathroom was great, and both the Wi-Fi and TV worked well, including the option to cast Netflix and similar services. It’s a handy place for a night in London, with the Tower of London, HMS Belfast, and other attractions not far away.

The studio was spotless and had all the facilities we needed, even an adapter. I’d brought one myself, but it was the kind we use in Europe 🤭. I’d definitely recommend this place. We arrived in London on Christmas Day, 25 December, and hadn’t realized everything would be closed. Our early check-in was meant to be at 12H:00, but we had nowhere to go and were stuck at the busy stop from around 6 in the morning. Then Bob appeared like Santa and offered us a 7am check-in, saving us from the freezing wind. We got to sleep soundly until 1pm. He replies really quickly and checks that we’re doing well. We paid for the stay, of course, but some places don’t give you the service you’ve paid for. Bob was incredible. Thank you.

I’ve stayed at other BobW locations and found this one by far the worst. There were silverfish in the apartment, it didn’t feel clean, and the noise from the nearby train tracks was unbearable. I couldn’t shut the window because there’s no air conditioning. I think BobW is generally fine, just not at this location.
