Bright and Central Studio Apartment

The apartment was clean and tidy, in a beautiful, safe location. I was on the ground floor and found it stuffy and hot, even though I arrived during a cold spell; there was no air conditioning. They charged £140 for daily cleaning for the whole stay, but on arrival the manager said that amount covered only the cleaning before and after I left. I complained to Booking.com, and they refunded the money. If I wanted daily cleaning, I was told I'd have to pay another £140 per day 🤣💗
