The owner was the best part of the stay. He called to check when we expected to arrive, then asked us to phone when we were on our way. We arrived late, and he was polite, friendly and accommodating the whole time. We stayed one night with nothing more than standard BnB expectations, and that's what we got. The room and en-suite were a little tired, and it could have been a bit cleaner, especially inside one of the drawers, but it wasn't really dirty. The bed was standard and comfortable. The small extras were nice: mini bars of soap, cold water in the fridge, tea and coffee, plus a TV and DVD player. We didn't get up in time for breakfast, so I can't comment on it, though I think it would have been pleasant. The location worked well for Tolworth train station, two stops away, and for our visit to Chessington World of Adventures to see the Giraffes the next day. A really pleasant stay and good value. Thumbs up from me :)

No daytime parking at the property, though the multi-storey across the road is free from 20:00 to 08:00. The room's TV reception was awful, with only four channels. It's contractors' digs, but reasonably clean and tidy, with a small shower and sink.

Broadway Lodge will always have a special place in my heart. I arrived in March 2014 after years of active addiction, unable to escape the misery of that life. From the start, the staff showed me love and compassion, something I'd never known while using. I felt at ease and could take part in the programme without fearing judgement. When I arrived, I couldn't take responsibility for even the most basic parts of my life. The staff and the Broadway Lodge programme gave me hope and inspired me. Today I'm abstinent, living an amazing life and taking responsibility across the board. I'm a devoted, loving father, son, brother and uncle, and I manage a business. Knowing people trust me with those opportunities is one of the most rewarding feelings I've experienced. I'm a long way from the hopeless junkie who came in 2014, unable to stop no matter the pain, prison sentences or tears my family shed as they watched me deteriorate. My life now is beyond my wildest dreams. The staff and programme transformed me, and my family shares my gratitude. They now have the person they always hoped for, and can sleep without the misery of having a hopeless addict in the family. Broadway Lodge, forever in my heart. Thank you ❤️

Breakfast was lovely, and the management couldn't have been more helpful. The place was small but I thought it was lovely, and I think I'll come back.

Don't recommend it. The staff were poor, the hotel quality was low, and I waited outside for ages after nobody answered the buzzer. The water provided was vile, and the facilities were lacking.
