I stayed for one night after a concert nearby and enjoyed it. The location overlooking Bushy Park is lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was like a small studio flat, with a little kitchen area, fridge, microwave, and tea and coffee facilities. There was milk in the fridge too. The shower room was small but perfectly adequate.

The studio apartment was in really bad shape and far too expensive at 120 pounds a night. There were broken bits everywhere, including the shower, mirror and kitchen cabinet. The cooking setup was silly, with an electric plate that wouldn’t fit anywhere. The windows are mono exposed, so when it’s hit there’s no way to create airflow. The bathroom vent didn’t work either. Not worth it. Stay away.

I spoke with the lovely Susan, the hotel owner, and arranged a very reasonable price for the penthouse suite. The location alone is worth the bill, with Bushy Park breathtaking early in the morning, its wildlife and surrounding areas, and easy access to local towns with lots of variety. No hesitation recommending this place. Top marks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ignore Randolph, he stayed here a long time ago, and things have changed and are changing. Give it a go.

For an overnight NYE stay, the apartment was OK. It was clean and easy to access, though the room was pretty small.

A nice location, with simple but good self-catering accommodation.
