For the price, this was decent overall. It's a handy place to lock up and head out while visiting London, with Camden underground within walking distance and places like Westminster and Kensington only a couple of minutes away by transit. The appliances were fine, and the water and electricity worked. We had uninterrupted Wi-Fi the whole stay, despite some reviews saying there wasn't any. The rubbish bins are by the entrance, and restaurants next door put their litter there in the evenings, but we weren't bothered by any smell. It can be confusing on a first visit. There's an office a little further down, on the left if you're facing the gate from the street, where they buzz you in. We didn't realize at first that, as an Airbnb, they don't have access to the property. Room 2 needs a new bed and kitchen cabinet doors. The house number sign needs replacing, and there should be a sign above the door saying these are the studio apartments.

We got clear instructions for entering the property, but the stay went downhill after that. There was no electricity or hot water, so we couldn't charge our phones, shower, or cook. We couldn't use 17 of the listed facilities. Since cooking wasn't possible, we had to go out and spend money on meals for both of us, and the stay was completely ruined. The facilities were dirty, broken, and not fit for use. The bed was broken and uncomfortable. We came close to booking another hotel nearby. I'd strongly recommend against this place.

You might manage here on a tight budget, but I wouldn't recommend it. The bathroom is uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi didn't work even after I complained to the owner. There was water damage with chipped and cracked walls. The neighborhood gets busy and loud, especially on weekends, and smelly garbage cans sit right by the entrance.

There wasn't even enough furniture to sit at a table, and the bedside tables were cardboard. The bed was broken in several places, the bathroom covered in mold, and the place was noisy with poor insulation. There were no curtains, even though the skylight looks straight onto the bed. Avoid it. I booked for myself and my two children, but there was only one bed, with dirty bedding. We had just two small towels and barely enough dishes for two people: two spoons, two round-tipped knives, two plates, and two glasses. I'd read the reviews, and I'm usually not fussy about cleanliness or upkeep, but this was worse than anything I've experienced. I asked the owner for an extra towel and got no reply. It's unacceptable.
