Captivating 2-bed Apartment in Canary Wharf London

With rental prices this high, I expected more than an ordinary Canary Wharf apartment with a good location and a fairly nice view. The customer service was a complete disaster. They were rude and unprofessional, more keen to argue than help, and showed little competence, apology or basic courtesy. A third party had to step in and apologise for them. Their staff take public holidays off, and if you need help then, you're on your own. They only tell you at the last minute, when it's too late. Replies were painfully slow, and they ignored messages, especially after I made a complaint. Housekeeping was badly managed, booked for a day or two before checkout, which made no sense. Given how they'd handled things, I didn't feel safe letting them in, so I cancelled the service. Their response was disrespectful and unprofessional. Four of us were given just five toilet rolls for nine days. After 16:00, on public holidays when most supermarkets were shut, we were told to go buy more. They gave no further information or suggestions, and as a tourist, you felt helpless. We also had to take our own trash to the dropoff point. There are plenty of better hosts and property management companies in Canary Wharf. Don't waste your time with this lot.

I always love staying at Cubo apartments in Canary Wharf. The top-floor apartments have spectacular views, and the location is fabulous, with transport close by. Staff on site give a warm welcome and are quick to help with issues or advice. The place is always spotless, with meticulous attention to detail every time.

We stay here whenever we're in London, and it never lets us down. The service is superb, the apartments are comfortable, and the value is great.
