The room itself was fine, but it'll get very hot in warmer weather, and there was no AC. The shower motor makes a really loud noise, so when roommates or neighbours shower, getting any sleep is impossible. The hotel is conveniently close to Paddington station, but the shower room had mould and needed a serious clean. My room was on the fourth floor, with no elevator. The stairs to the upper rooms are very narrow and steep, so good luck getting luggage up there.

Brother Max made things simple and treated us very well. The whole team were understanding and kind to guests, and I'd like to thank them all, especially Brother Max. He's a great person. I'm sending this message to the manager from a manager in aviation: employees like him should be retained. ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel was really nice, and I had a great experience overall. The staff were very quiet and not particularly helpful, though, and breakfast could be better. For example, there wasn't any tea, which felt like a joke in England. Still, I recommend it.

I felt right at home in this hotel. My room was perfect for one person, very quiet and clean, and the team were kind and helpful. The location is also very good, close to the underground and bus stations, with restaurants, cafés and shops nearby in a safe neighbourhood. I'd recommend staying here. A minibar in the room would be a nice addition.

I booked a room for one night, but arrived late to find the place completely empty, despite the advertised 24/7 reception. There was nobody at the desk, no way to get inside, and repeated calls and emails got no response. With no explanation, I was left outside in London at night and had to scramble to find somewhere else. Shockingly unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; it felt downright careless.
