Carlton Court - Mayfair

We stayed in a spacious one-bedroom apartment at Carlton Court for five nights on our recent London trip. It had a bedroom, living room, and bathroom, and the location was convenient for restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. The downside was housekeeping: the apartment was cleaned only once during our six-day stay. Other than that, it was alright.

The apartment was very clean, luxurious, and clearly well kept. The staff even got to know my family and me by our first names, which is the kind of personal touch you don't get at bigger hotels. If you want home comforts in the middle of the city, I'd recommend these apartments. We had an exceptional stay. Thank you.

It's a good apartment in a good location, but very expensive for the quality, especially when cheaper alternatives are available. The two floors had a living room measuring 2.5 by 3 m, a 2 by 1.5 m kitchen, and a 1.5 by 1.8 m toilet on the ground floor. Downstairs in the basement were a 4 by 4.5 m master bedroom, a 1.5 by 2 m small bedroom, and a 2 by 1.8 m toilet.

The staff were very helpful, especially Mr Danial. This was the only place among the few hotels I've stayed at in London that had a toilet for disabled people, which is rare to find there. The apartment was cosy for a family, and the price was affordable. Thank you so much. I'd recommend staying here.
