The main areas have step-free access, with a smooth path and a gentle ramp at the entrance, so getting into Churchill Apartments in the Pimlico area was straightforward in a wheelchair. The lift is there, but it’s very narrow: only a compact wheelchair may fit, and larger or electric chairs might not. A companion may need to wait outside while helping. I couldn’t find clear details about studios designed for disabled guests, so check with management before booking. The basic access features are useful for manual wheelchair users or visitors with a companion, but the lift’s size may make this unsuitable for larger or powered wheelchairs.
