We were locked out too, just like another reviewer. The company claimed it had never happened before and accepted no responsibility. We left early because we were worried it would happen again. They said sorry but offered no compensation for failing to provide the most basic thing, access to accommodation we’d paid for. Don’t stay here!
We booked two nights in a clean, tidy apartment and had a very good stay. Just note that there’s no lift, and the stairs are very steep.
Clean and nice.
