The flat was only a five minute walk from the station, and it was kept clean and well maintained. Our one bedroom apartment had loads of living room space, plus a sofa that turned easily into a full double bed. The internet was fast, and the staff got back to us quickly.

When I checked in, the lift wasn't working, and it still wasn't working later. My place was spacious, but No 2 got no natural light. There are three homes per floor; rooms 1 and 3 should get evening light from the road facing windows. I'd avoid No 2, 5, and 8, and higher floors are better than lower ones. No 11 may get some light because it's higher up. I changed my rating after staying elsewhere. I moved to Stay Camden for a company sponsored stay with friends, and only then realized what a good place this had been. The high ceiling in the large hall made a difference. Housekeeping, led by Naveen, was excellent and the whole team was helpful. When I left my spects behind, they let me know and kept them safe until I picked them up a week later. They also had fragrance liquid around the place, which made for a lovely atmosphere and positive energy.

The lift has been out for more than ten days, and the management seems unfit to handle the problem. If stairs are difficult for you or you have a disability, don't stay here.
