SCAM ALERT!!! I booked this property through Agoda six days ahead at a discounted, non-refundable rate. When I arrived today and called, the man said he could only confirm the booking if I paid the remaining amount by bank transfer. He also claimed he'd tried to contact me today from a random number, which wasn't true. They are running a fraud. DON'T BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

AVOID! They took our money, then on the morning of our stay said our room needed maintenance and tried to move us to a place called The 13. We found out they'd advertised our original room again for £100 more, apparently to cash in on people. The staff were rude and aggressive. They said they'd refund £80 as a goodwill gesture, but never did. We didn't trust them enough to stay. Avoid at all costs!

We didn't stay here. We never got confirmation of which room we'd booked, and no one responded to us. Booking.com messaged them too and got no answer. The customer service was poor, and I'd definitely avoid this place in future.

I booked a room for one night, then the managers kept messaging to ask my ETA and how many people were coming. I said I'd arrive at midnight, but it took about an hour of trying to reach them before they agreed. I had a patient at work, so I got out at 12 and would have arrived at 1. Then they told me there'd be a late check-in charge, something I'd never heard of. I asked for a refund and haven't heard anything since. A joke of a place. I paid for nothing but rude people, and didn't even get a room.
