The room got really hot even in October, so we needed two fans. We couldn't open the windows because we were below ground or at ground level. Also, there are only stairs and no lift, so pack light. Earl’s Court Station is close by. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and breakfast was included with a good choice of hot and cold food. There was a fridge in the room, free wifi, and the staff were very helpful.

The room was good, with a clean bathroom and sheets, a small TV, and a coffee maker with cups. My only gripe was that the charging ports were old, so I had to buy a £10 adapter. Breakfast was a 4/5: apple and orange juice, Nutella spread, butter, honey, four kinds of bread, yoghurt, eggs, toasters, and toppings for the bread. The room itself was a 4, and the breakfast was a 5/5.

They failed to check the booking that was presented to them for a different hotel. Two tourists visiting London for the first time were charged a large amount and defrauded. Even after admitting they'd double-booked the room, they only offered a partial refund. Don't trust this place.

Getting there was easy: from London Heathrow, we took the Metro to Piccadilly Circus, changed for Earls Court, then walked 10 to 15 minutes to Chelsea House. The area off Earl’s Court was fabulous, with restaurants, pubs, shops, and markets nearby. We're looking forward to coming back. We stayed December 5 through December 7, 2025. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice bedding and pressed sheets. The bathroom was extremely clean, the shower was great, and they also had a nice breakfast buffet.

We weren't sure about the location at first, but being close to Earl's Court underground station made getting around easier. Walking around town, we found it felt safe and lively. The staff were very helpful, and although the breakfast hours could have been wider, there was enough for us. We arrived on 13th September and stayed for six days without any problems. The rooms were a little old and small, but the bathroom was clean and well designed. The hotel generally met our needs, and we're very grateful.
