The afternoon tea with ginger and honey was absolutely delicious, and the bathroom had a bidet/shattaf, which I really appreciated as an Arab traveler. My stay at COMO Metropolitan London was wonderful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Maria — or maybe Marina, sorry, I can't quite remember her name — for being so kind and helpful. The doormen were among the best I've come across, always professional, welcoming, and ready to help. Highly recommended.

We stayed for five nights as a family and would happily come back on our next London trip. The location made it easy to get to the main attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transport. Our room was spotless, well kept, beautifully designed, comfortable, and stylish, a nice place to relax after exploring. The team were welcoming, friendly, and professional throughout, and especially kind and attentive to our son. Maryam was exceptionally warm and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Thank you to her and the whole team for making the stay so memorable. The clean, modern rooms, great service, and location made it an excellent choice, and I'd highly recommend it to couples, families, or solo travelers.

Iolanda made a great first impression, greeting us warmly and making check-in straightforward and well organized so we could settle in easily. It was my first visit to the COMO Hotel and I wasn't sure what to expect, but everything went smoothly from the beginning. At the meal, Valentin was attentive and polite, walked us through the menu, and suggested some favorites, which made ordering easier. My friend and I also enjoyed talking with Mykola as he brought our food. His stories about holidays lifted us out of a rainy day and into a sunnier mood. The service felt consistent across the team, and everyone helped make the stay welcoming and comfortable. I can't wait to visit again.

The hotel was beautiful, calm, and really comfortable, and the staff made the stay especially lovely. Mariyam was kind and attentive, Ali was professional and always helpful, and Vita was warm and thoughtful. Mateusz was polite and efficient, Iolanda was caring and lovely, and Chencho brought such a friendly, positive energy. They all made us feel well looked after. I'd happily stay at COMO London again and highly recommend it.
