Pammy took such sweet, attentive care of us and made us feel welcome throughout. We hope to see her again next time. Our stay at COMO The Halkin was wonderful. It sits on a very quiet street, so we couldn't hear any noise from nearby restaurants, yet plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes are just a short walk away. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and the hotel had thoughtful things ready for our 5-year-old daughter: a small bed, kids' toiletries, and even a teddy bear, which she absolutely loved. The bathroom had great water pressure and the temperature was easy to control. Breakfast was also to a very high standard. We highly recommend the hotel and would love to return.

The kindness and patience of the staff made this week especially memorable. Everyone went out of their way to help, and they prepared a different themed artwork in our child's room every day, along with little gifts that brought so much joy. Our child now has such a warm, happy impression of London because of those moments. A very special thank you to Ms. Pam for her care, and to the whole team. We hope to see you again. This was our second stay, and we loved it all over again. The hotel is on a quiet street right beside Hyde Park, with embassies around it, so we felt safe throughout. There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby, and the hotel's breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all delicious.

Pammy went beyond what we expected and made our stay unforgettable. We're currently in Suite 408, and everything has been excellent. The hotel is modern and cosy, the suite is very comfortable, the minibar has a great selection, and the service has been attentive and thoughtful about the details.

Pammy really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, absolutely brilliant service from her. The concierge team also contacted us before we arrived with great recommendations for food and getting around. They suggested a nearby tennis court, offered us rackets, and kindly helped with the booking. We enjoyed the restaurant too. The steak was fabulous and cooked exactly how we like it, the waiters were polite and professional, and breakfast was high quality with super nice, helpful waitresses. Our current stay in Suite 408 has been perfect: the hotel feels modern and cosy, the room is comfortable, the minibar has a nice selection, and service has been excellent with great attention to detail. COMO The Halkin really stands out, and we can't wait to return!

The coconut waffles were the highlight of a really excellent breakfast at COMO The Halkin. Deborah and Morris made the visit feel especially welcoming, and it was lovely to find out that Deborah and I are both from Singapore. Everyone was attentive from the moment I arrived, and I was shown to the restaurant straight away. I’d happily recommend eating here.
